Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SK CoreHeal ("Companion Beyond Hospitals"), we strive to ensure a smooth, reliable experience for all home healthcare bookings and medical equipment rentals. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Healthcare Manpower Bookings: Service cancellations for nursing, attendant care, or physiotherapy must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shift to avoid service charges.
- Medical Equipment Rentals: Rental cancellations requested before equipment dispatch are eligible for full cancellation. If the equipment has already been dispatched/installed, standard delivery and partial rental charges may apply.
2. Refund Guidelines
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued through the original payment mode used at the time of booking (Online Gateway, UPI, or Direct Bank Transfer), except for direct cash payments.
- No Third-Party Accounts: Refunds will not be processed towards third-party bank accounts. The recipient bank account details must match the registered customer or patient details.
- Equipment Security Deposits: Refundable security deposits for rented machines (ICU Beds, Oxygen Concentrators, BiPAP/CPAP) are initiated immediately upon safe return and physical inspection of the equipment.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- The typical timeframe for processing refunds across different payment modes is between 10 to 15 business days after the cancellation request has been received, verified, and approved by our support team.
4. Required Information for NEFT / Bank Transfers
For direct bank transfers/NEFT transactions, the customer must provide the following accurate details:
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Account Number
- Bank IFSC Code
- Bank & Branch Name
Note: SK CoreHeal will not be held liable for delayed or misdirected refunds due to incorrect banking details provided by the customer.
